We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects focused on improving safety, quality, delivery and cost.
  • Investigate process issues and product non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transfer of products into manufacturing.
  • Create and maintain process, validation and manufacturing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools including Daily Management, Standard Work and Lean Conversion.
  • Background in process and equipment improvement within a regulated industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.

Desirable

  • Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device manufacturing experience.
  • Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
  • Six Sigma qualification or proven application of Six Sigma tools.
  • CAD design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar).
