Role Overview- Electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Working as part of a skilled, supportive engineering team
- Reporting into an experienced Maintenance Manager
- Maintaining fast‑moving, high‑volume production lines
- Involvement in CI/Kaizen projects and cross‑functional improvements
- Supporting machine installations and upgrades
- Access to extensive internal and external training
- Ensuring safe working practices at all times
- Time‑served apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical)
- Strong background in FMCG, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing
- Confident fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CI tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S)
- Motivated team player with experience in fast‑paced environments
