Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the team to fulfil potential.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients to drive revenue growth.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements.

Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential.
- Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment would be preferred.
- Previous experience selling electro-mechanical, heating and ventilation, electrical, electronic products would be desirable.
