Sales Administrator
Nr Axbridge, Somerset

A great opportunity has just become available to join a growing Engineering company, based in Somerset. You will be part of the Sales administration team and enjoy a varied role! You will be someone with some general admin experience, who is now interested in moving into the sales admin side of things.
The Role
- Handle customer and prospect enquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare and issue quotations promptly.
- Record and track enquiries and quotes in company systems.
- Maintain accurate sales data and documentation.
- Support the Business Development Lead with quotes, POs, and customer follow-ups.
- Proactively follow up on quotes, orders, and outstanding POs.
- Create and manage job records with complete documentation.
- Prioritise and complete all sales administration tasks on time.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and business development teams.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support business objectives.
The Candidate
- Experience in admin or sales support, ideally in business development.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Works well independently and in a team.
