A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a HSE Advisor to their increasingly growing business. As a HSE Advisor you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the health, safety, and environmental culture across the business. Over the years they have had strong investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, and training in order for the team and business to further develop.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an effective HSE management system
- Completing and reviewing risk assessments, ensuring practical and robust control measures
- Promoting positive behavioural and cultural change across all areas of the business
- Delivering engaging HSE training for site-based and installation teams
- Leading investigations and identifying root causes and corrective actions
- Conducting audits and inspections
- Supporting compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within a HSE advisor role or similar
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- NEBOSH qualified
