Verify quality methods, including metal detection tests, and ensure compliance with specifications. Perform product quality checks to guarantee acceptable standards. Facilitate engagement quality sessions with operators to enhance understanding of quality standards and procedures. Provide valuable feedback during Quality and Operations Meetings to drive continuous improvement. Collect product samples in accordance with retention and lab requirements. Serve as the first point of contact during quality incidents, actively participating in investigations and assisting in raising quality non-conformity/defect reports. Coach operators on adherence to quality processes and standards. Conduct inspections related to food safety, foreign matter, and hygiene. Perform quality checks in processing plant operations. Leverage technical expertise to analyse quality issues and implement effective improvements.
