Our client designs hygiene contained rooms, based in Thetford.
They are looking to bring in a new member of their team to join their team of Design Engineers and assist with day to day operations.
- Roles / Responsibilities
- Create detailed Revit/BIM models for modular and steel‑framed building designs.
- Design integrated MEP systems, including HVAC, ductwork, piping, and electrical layouts.
- Develop coordinated design solutions across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural elements.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency throughout.
- Refine and validate designs through site surveys, 3D scanning, and collaboration with contractors.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience using Revit within a BIM environment.
- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge.
- Able to read and produce detailed HVAC and MEP schematics.
- Experience designing and coordinating building services layouts.
- Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills.
- Detail‑focused with a high standard of design accuracy.
