Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the building products manufacturing industry. They are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to ensure the operational efficiency and high quality production on-site.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of up to 30 people
  • Be a very hands-on manager involved day-to-day on the shop floor
  • Ensuring health and safety and compliance regulations are followed at all times
  • Production planning and scheduling
  • Meeting KPIs and production targets
  • Stock Management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience as a Production Manager
  • Experience in Heavy manufacturing industries such as Rail, Casting, Concrete or similar
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Certificate (Desired)
  • Experience as a hands-on manager
