We are looking for a Process Manager who can lead, optimise, and elevate our vacuum heat treatment operations to world-class standards. Responsibilities include:
- Managing treatment processes, ensuring compliance with AMS 2750, Nadcap, and internal quality standards.
- Leading process optimisation to improve cycle performance, yield, throughput, and repeatability.
- Analysing furnace data, thermal cycles, and deviations to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support daily operations.
- Maintaining and developing process documentation, SOPs, load maps, recipes, and pyrometry records.
- Supporting audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
