Support the Quality team to ensure the highest standard of product throughout the business. Contributing to the efficient journey of NPI projects from initial development, throughout production, and introduction to customers. Engaging with customers and suppliers to understand customer concepts and requirements & work with the Quality team to implement this information into production. Ensuring adherence to safety, legal, and customer specific requirements throughout the entire process, from design to launch. Supporting with the preparation of quality documentation. Liaising with customers to understand and rectify quality problems with products from supply chain to customer aftercare. Contributing to a culture of defect prevention and waste elimination. Implementing and supporting processes to ensure that corrective action is applied consistently throughout the business and across all products, ensuring that quality issues are not repeated in any other product or process. Working with the Quality and Technical team, to support systems improving inter-departmental communications around quality issues, ensuring that concerns and corrective action are communicated appropriately throughout the business. Proven experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment.
