Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets, they are looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Teams.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead high-value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency.
- Own projects end-to-end - from concept and design to commissioning and handover.
- Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership.
- Champion cutting-edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance.
- Deliver projects that directly impact how a beloved brand is made.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong engineering or technical background.
- Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels.
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery.
