As a Production Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of manufacturing processes while leading and developing a team of skilled operators. Role & Responsibilities: Leading and supporting production staff throughout the shift. Coordinating daily production activities and ensuring schedules are achieved. Liaising with Planning and Management to meet production requirements. Monitoring product quality and responding promptly to production or quality issues.
