I'm currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing business and play a key role in driving quality performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Our client is a well-established global manufacturer, supplying high-performance products and infrastructure solutions to some of the world's leading technology organisations. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a talented Quality Manager. The Role

  • Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and problem-solving across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality performance.
  • Manage customer complaints and corrective actions.
  • Lead 8D investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Own Quality KPIs and departmental reporting.
  • Support NPI projects and part qualification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and business standards.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Promote a strong health & safety culture.

Skills & Experience

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Proven quality leadership experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong people management and team development skills.
  • Experience supporting NPI and engineering change projects.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and quality methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Organised, results-driven, and hands-on.
