This opportunity would suit either an experienced Engineering Team Leader or a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step into leadership. You'll lead a team of engineers on shift, ensuring equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the day-to-day delivery of engineering performance. Coordinate and oversee planned preventative maintenance activities Support rapid response to breakdowns and minimise production downtime Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities Ensure engineering standards, safety and compliance are maintained Work closely with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager to improve site performance Minimum 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment Engineering qualification (Level 2 or above) FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing experience highly desirable You'll receive ongoing technical and leadership training, clear progression pathways and the opportunity to play a key role within a growing engineering team.
