They are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance professional to deal with quality assurance across product and process. As the Senior Quality Assurance person your key role & responsibilities will be: Responsible for quality assurance across product, non-conformances & process improvements Key Quality KPi Areas:- Process Capability Scrap, Product Quarantine, Customer Complaints, Loss of Business, Warrant Complaints Support the investigation for external & internal non-conformances Involved with internal & external audits - BRCGS, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Deal directly with customers about complaints & returns, resolve problems and put in place corrective measures for future quality scope Development of new & existing SOP's, quality documents, policies & procedures Knowledge, skills & experience needed to be the Senior Quality Assurance person: Experience of working in a similar quality role within manufacturing Internal auditing to ISO standards and BRCGS Efficient & effective communicator - dealing with external customers & internal teams Inquisitive nature, sound judgement with a continuous improvement mindset Qualifications - HACCP, COSHH, Six Sigma Previous experience of using QMS Laboratory testing experience - beneficial "To apply please email your CV / resume to [ ]". - Chris Gumm - (phone number removed) If you do not get a response back on your application within 24-48 hours please presume you are unsuccessful.
