They are looking for an experienced reliability engineer to handle all day-to-day PPM plans, CI and reliability work.
Role includes:
- Continuous improvement and reliability work
- Working on production and processing across full machine line shutdowns
- Leading proactive engineering activities to maximise uptime, improve machine performance and reduce maintenance costs
- Analysing data from machinery, identifying trends, conducting RCA, implementing new solutions, creating new PPM plans
- Using tools like Power BI and OMP to analyse trends from machinery
- Carrying out vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis
