The Company

An established and growing supplier within the garage equipment sector is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the UK and Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who has a strong network within the automotive aftermarket and garage equipment industry.

The Role

Reporting into the senior management team, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is a field-based role that will involve regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland, meeting customers, developing dealer networks, and growing market share across a range of garage equipment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across the garage equipment market
  • Build strong relationships with independent garages, dealer groups, workshops and automotive businesses
  • Generate sales through direct customer engagement and networking
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings as required

  • Comfortable travelling throughout the UK and Ireland

  • Full UK driving licence
