An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business in Newquay. This role will play a key part in driving quality improvements, reducing non-conformances, and supporting the development of the wider quality function.
The Role
- Lead investigations into internal and external non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
- Analyse quality data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and mentor Quality Engineers, helping to develop capability across the team.
- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve compliance and product quality.
- Support audits and ensure quality standards are maintained across the site.
About You
- Proven experience within a Quality Engineering or Senior Quality Engineering position.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Able to influence stakeholders and lead improvement activities across multiple functions.
- Continuous improvement, Lean, or Kaizen experience would be advantageous.
