This thriving South Wales manufacturer is looking to further strengthen its existing Programme / Project function, following the acquisition of a number of lucrative new contracts. The company has an enviable reputation for design excellence and is the supplier of choice for many of the world's leading manufacturers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of projects from the enquiry stage through to manufacturing, ensuring handing over to the customer on time and to budget.
- Oversee all operational and financial aspects of designated customer accounts, including costs, pricing, profitability, working capital and customer service.
- Lead the team to foster exceptional customer service and drive short-term wins and long-term growth opportunities.
- Support the maintenance of high levels of gross margin and operating profit, prioritising financial stability and growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer operational relationships, focusing on ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues and maintaining escalations effectively.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in Programme Management in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Experience of overseeing operational and financial aspects of customer accounts – costs, pricing, profitability, delivering products from enquiry to handover.
- Experience of Trade Compliance sales (export control).
Benefits Package:
- Up to £62,000.
