Role & Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to customer enquiries
  • Select and advise customers on suitable product selection
  • Develop and maintain customer relations
  • Prepare quotations from either Price Lists or from supplier costs
  • Accurately prepare quotations ensuring accurate delivery considering available stock
  • Process orders in the ERP system

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an Internal Sales or Technical Sales role
  • Ideally manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings
