The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment and facilities, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is minimised. You will work closely with production teams to identify root causes of issues and deliver practical solutions, all while contributing to a positive and collaborative engineering culture.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Troubleshooting mechanical faults across a range of machinery - bearings, chains, motors
- Supporting process improvements and equipment upgrades
