Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Location : Brownhills
Salary : £37,800 per annum
Hours : Monday – Friday – 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm

The Role
You\’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment and facilities, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is minimised. You\’ll work closely with production teams to identify root causes of issues and deliver practical solutions – all while contributing to a positive and collaborative engineering culture.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Troubleshooting mechanical faults across a range of machinery – bearings, chains, motors
- Supporting process improvements and equipment upgrades
- Working with a small, friendly team in a hands-on environment
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

- Proven maintenance experience (manufacturing or similar environment)
