Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – DAYS
Location: Telford
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am -4pm / Friday 8am – 2:30pm
Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays (1 accred per year to an extra 6)

We\’re recruiting a Maintenance Engineer on a days pattern to support our manufacturing operation. This is due to growth within the business and this would be an additional role to their Engineering team.
The Role
You\’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment and facilities, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is minimised. You\’ll work closely with production teams to identify root causes of issues and deliver practical solutions – all while contributing to a positive and collaborative engineering culture.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Troubleshooting mechanical faults across a range of machinery – bearings, chains, motors
- Supporting process improvements and equipment upgrades
- Working with a small, friendly team in a hands‑on environment
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
