My client is hiring for both days and nights roles, looking for someone with a strong background in a FMCG environment. There’s plenty of training and development on offer for somebody looking to enter a long-term role and progress within their company.
Role Description
- Reactive & PPM on all FMCG equipment
- Working within a team of Maintenance Engineers to complete tasks on a variety of machinery.
- Fault Finding both Mechanically and Electrically
- Reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager
- Analyses tooling failures and evaluates tool characteristics and requirements.
- Assist with the development of less expereinced team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a FMCG manufacturing setting.
- Strong fault-finding skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Engineering qualifications such as HNC, NVQ, or City & Guilds.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering tasks.
