Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Kings Lynn

Salary: £54,000 per annum

Shift pattern: Continental (Days & Nights), overtime available, annual bonus scheme.

About the Role

As a Multi‑Skilled Shift Engineer, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), project work, and occasional reactive maintenance. You will work within a team of engineers, report to the Area Engineering Manager, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance
  • 60/40 mechanical or more electric‑biased
  • Strong knowledge of sensors, inverters, and motors
  • Electrical certificate/qualification
  • Level 3 or higher engineering qualification (apprenticeship preferred)
  • Ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment with real career development
