I am seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to work in a high performing IT Team. The right 1st Line Support Engineer will be a part of a small team and will be working 5 days a week onsite. This is a full time position that requires good communication skills.
Requirements of the 1st Line Support Engineer:
- Take calls and provide 1st Line support on the phone
- Documentation
- Escalations to 2nd Line
