Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and shape a proactive, people-first safety culture focused on engagement, accountability and ownership.
  • Partner with site leadership to influence behaviours and embed safety into everyday decisions.
  • Coach and support teams on the shop floor through real-time conversations and behavioural observations.
  • Drive behavioural safety programmes that focus on mindset and long-term cultural change.
  • Build strong relationships across all departments, leading through influence rather than authority.
  • Encourage proactive thinking around safety, risk and environmental impact through collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • NEBOSH Qualified
  • Able to positively influence teams
  • Experience in a similar manufacturing role (food desired but not essential)
