A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Mechanical Fitters to join a leading global company with the aviation and marine sectors.
Our client is looking for a number of mechanical fitters to join a highly successful team, with a number of contracts and high levels of work they are wanting to expand.
Will look at engineers from transferable industries and sectors – For example Car Mechanics.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Assembly and test of equipment on the production line
* Building of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
* Being part of a team and being proactive
* Diagnose faults and repair
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Mechanical engineering understanding
* Use of hand tools and assembly equipment desirable
* Basic electrical knowledge, understanding circuit boards
Benefits Package:
* £30,000 basic salary
* Plenty of overtime on top paid at time and a half
* Days based role, no weekends or evenings – 2pm finish on a Friday
