Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Manager looking to development their team leadership and development skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Mechanical Design team
Plan and coordinate team workloads and resources
Ensure designs are practical, accurate, safe, and suitable for manufacture
Lead initiatives to improve processes and Continuous improvement
Set and review departmental and individual objectives and KPIs
What We are looking for:
Proven experience leading or managing a Mechanical Design team.
Experience delivering engineering projects from concept through manufacture
Strong understanding of 3D CAD and engineering design practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
Experience working across engineering and manufacturing functions
