We're looking for a knowledgeable Control Systems Engineer to join a growing team in the Manchester area. This is a hybrid role, where you will split your time between the office, customer sites and home. In this role you will work on various customer projects from control systems design, programming, integration and commissioning. Due to the varied nature of customer projects, you will interact with a variety of control systems, but mostly create new control systems using both Siemens and Allen Bradley based architecture. Projects will include material handling, food & beverage, brewing, chemical and more.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in control systems engineering
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (degree, C&G, NVQ etc)
  • Competent using Siemens and Allen Bradley products
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols
  • Based in the Manchester area and willing to travel to customers
