I'm currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team, covering a variety of commercial sites across Manchester and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term role with a competitive salary and the benefit of paid door-to-door travel.

The Role

  • Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
  • Fault finding, repairs, and installations
  • Working on a range of systems including hot and cold water services, pipework and associated plant
  • Conducting basic water hygiene tasks and ensuring compliance with Legionella control measures
  • Working on unvented hot water systems
  • Attending sites including offices, retail premises, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, and other commercial environments
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments
  • Legionella Awareness certification
  • Unvented Hot Water qualification (G3)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good communication and customer service skills
