Maintenance Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Shifts: 12h shifts / 3 on 4 off / 4 on 3 off
Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Kidderminster, Dudley

Company Overview:
We are supporting a long‑established manufacturing facility in the Birmingham area. The site operates a high‑volume production environment and is continuing to invest in its equipment, processes, and engineering capability.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Investigate faults to identify root causes and put effective fixes in place
- Support production during breakdowns, keeping machinery running reliably
- Carry out planned maintenance and mechanical tasks across key equipment
- Work with different teams to support improvements, product changes, and technical problem‑solving
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Level 3 qualification in engineering preferred
- Electrical knowledge required
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience
