Yolk Recruitment are supporting a global manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of a Maintenance Engineer for their Crumlin site working a 3-shift Pattern . This is a rare opportunity which was previously recruited for 5 years ago, they are looking for an experienced multi-skilled engineer to join, playing a key role in maintaining plant reliability, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safe and efficient operations across the site. This is what you'll be doing As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll provide a full engineering service to production operations and site facilities, carrying out reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance activities across both electrical and mechanical systems. Working predominantly on a lone-working basis during your shift, you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across manufacturing and site equipment Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems Diagnosing faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime and maintain production performance Supporting the installation of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery Assisting with maintenance planning activities and updating maintenance schedules through SAP CMMS Driving improvements in plant efficiency, reliability and productivity Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company Health, Safety and Environmental standards Communicating effectively with production and engineering teams regarding maintenance issues and plant performance Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation Working independently whilst also contributing to wider engineering improvement projects The experience you'll bring to the team xdjnayx We're looking for an electrically biased engineer with strong fault-finding capabilities and experience within a manufacturing environment.
