I'm currently working with a successful manufacturing business based in Luton who are looking to bring in a buyer into the friendly and diverse team.
Roles/Responsibilities:- Source and purchase components and materials for production.
- Manage supplier accounts and negotiate prices.
- Source new suppliers and identify areas for improvement in purchasing.
- Ensure purchasing stays within budget and avoids shortfalls in stock.
- Documentation and administration.
- 5 years experience in a buyer/purchaser role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
