Salary: Up to £55,000. OTE £65,000

Location: Covering London and Southeast

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead a team of design engineers through high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work across high end domestic and commercial properties for a company who is rapidly growing in the renewable energy sector. Our client is looking to immediately expand their workforce due to increased demand. If you would like to be part of an expanding team whilst feeling valued for your work, this is the role for you!

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design department
  • Stage 4 design of heat pumps, solar, MVHR's, and various air conditioning equipment.
  • Take complete ownership of projects
  • Manage interactions with clients
  • Work with senior leadership team
  • Manage SLA's and timelines
  • Point of contact for supervisors
  • Manage BIM process, align with RIBA

Requirements for the role:

  • Proven experience in designing renewable systems
  • Must have a full driving license
  • Provide accurate high quality design
  • Senior level experience
  • Strong understanding of BIM process
  • Working knowledge of RIBA design stages
  • Knowledge of design software
