HSE Advisor to support health, safety and environmental compliance across its operations.
This role will play a key part in promoting a positive safety culture within a manufacturing and project-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HSE support across operational teams.
Conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits.
Deliver site inductions and HSE training.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Support HSE management systems and compliance activities.
Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Assist with external audits and regulatory requirements.
Promote employee engagement and best practice in health and safety.
About You Previous HSE experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or a similar industry.
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations.
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. .
