Notes: Current hands-on technical ability, experience with high growth and acquisitions is highly desirable. Microsoft 365, Azure, InTune, Hybrid Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own Infrastructure, User support, Cyber Security standards, Cloud and On-Prem hybrid environments, Disaster recovery, service delivery, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Travel to various UK sites; ideal candidate will live around the Midlands, but other UK locations will be considered.
- Travel initially more frequently for the first few months; thereafter a minimum of 3 days in office or travelling per week.
- Act as the primary technical authority and provide clear instruction to reports and stakeholders, ensuring that standards are met and upheld throughout the business.
- Interface with MSP partners; current setup outsources a lot of helpdesk support.
- Present to high level board members or to third party first line support technicians as required.
- Demonstrate senior leadership experience in a high growth company while contributing hands-on infrastructure work when needed.
