We're partnering with a niche and ambitious manufacturing business in Bridgwater who are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller who can play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision‐making. The Position
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial performance reporting to senior management
- Maintain full control of P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting
- Produce rolling financial forecasts and cashflow projections
- Monitor company profitability by customer, project, and production area
- Own and manage annual budgeting processes
- Monitor BOM costing accuracy and inventory valuation
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
- Strong manufacturing or engineering sector experience
- Advanced budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong cashflow management experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO‐regulated environments
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualification
