Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer looking for a stable career with an international market leader? Join a dedicated field service team and become an expert in the maintenance and repair of specialist waste compaction and baling machinery.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of this international company, providing essential service to their wide-ranging client base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on hydraulic balers, compactors, and associated waste equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
  • Conducting electrical and PLC diagnostics and fault finding (training provided).
  • Performing essential welding and fabrication during repairs (a significant advantage).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Service/Maintenance Engineer working with heavy industrial machinery, preferably compactors, balers, fork-lifts, or heavy plant.
  • A strong background in Hydraulics and Mechanical Engineering is essential.
  • Welding/Fabrication skills are highly desirable.
  • A valid UK driving license.
