Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide Engineering support to the Production Teams
- Carry out preventative maintenance and improvement activities
- Work with Operations Shift Managers and other senior Managers
- Maintain a safe working environment, collaborating with the health and safety team as required
- Support the NFD team with equipment solutions where necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an FMCG environment, or similar industry
- Proven maintenance experience
- Leadership experience
- Good communicator, decision maker and logical thinker
Job Tenure: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 per annum + Healthcare, meals, discounts & more.
