Role & Responsibilities: Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings to accompany customer quotationsProactively handle customer enquiries received by phone, email, website contact forms and social mediaUnderstand customer requirements by asking the right questions and providing knowledgeable adviceProduce accurate and commercially appropriate quotationsRecommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements, specification and budgetFollow up quotations proactively, developing customer relationships and working to improve conversion ratesKnowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an estimating, technical sales, customer service or similar customer-facing roleExperience within a manufacturing or construction related environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customersExperience using AutoCAD 2D and the ability to produce clear, accurate technical drawingsGood understanding of technical drawings and an appreciation of manufacturing processesINDENMIf you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.Hunter Selection Limited is a recruitment consultancy with offices UK wide, specialising in permanent & contract roles within Engineering & Manufacturing, IT & Digital, Science & Technology and Service & Sales sectors.
