Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the CI Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste
- Lead cross-functional improvement
- Coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing
- Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause
- Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement
- Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel skills
- Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business outcomes
Job Tenure: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum + Healthcare, meals, discounts & more.
