I'm currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team, covering a variety of commercial sites across London and the surrounding areas. The Role
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
- Fault finding, repairs, and installations
- Working on a range of systems including hot and cold water services, pipework and associated plant
- Conducting basic water hygiene tasks and ensuring compliance with Legionella control measures
- Working on unvented hot water systems
- Attending sites including offices, retail premises, healthcare facilities, educational buildings, and other commercial environments
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Proven experience within commercial maintenance environments
- Legionella Awareness certification
- Unvented Hot Water qualification (G3)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving license
- Good communication and customer service skills
