A building automation business in Leeds is looking to add a BMS Estimator to their team due to ongoing expansion. In this role you will be responsible for preparing detailed BMS estimates, quotations and tender submissions. You will review project specifications and drawings to produce accurate material, labour and ongoing costings. Where required, you will attend site visits to assess the scope of projects and discuss requirements with customers.

Key Requirements

  • Previous work experience in BMS, HVAC Controls or Building Automation estimating
  • Good understanding of manufacturers like Trend, Siemens, Tridium, Distech etc
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and M&E drawings
  • Good understanding of building infrastructure
  • Strong attention to detail
