We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team supporting a busy multi-site environment. This is a varied role where you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support across a range of technologies, helping to ensure users receive a responsive and reliable IT service. You'll be involved in supporting networks, telephony, end-user devices, and core business systems while working as part of a collaborative service desk team.
What you'll be doing as the IT Support Engineer:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across multiple locations.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Supporting wired and wireless networks, VPNs, and mobile technologies.
- Assisting with Microsoft Teams telephony and mobile phone systems.
- Carrying out basic network administration, including VLAN and wireless configuration.
- Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring tickets are resolved efficiently.
What we're looking for in the IT Support Engineer:
