Key Responsibilities of the IT Account Manager:
- Manage a wide portfolio of existing client accounts and grow revenue through strong relationships
- Identify and qualify IT infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to scope and deliver solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline forecasting to support business planning
- Actively seek out new clients and market opportunities to expand your portfolio
