The Role Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns across a range of production equipment Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and wider engineering team Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across site Assisting with machinery upgrades, installations and process improvements Contributing to a proactive maintenance culture focused on performance and efficiency Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standardsAbout You Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship and Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Strong fault-finding experience across both electrical and mechanical systems Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S or Six Sigma Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or production settingThe Company Our client is a recognised leader within their sector, supplying a diverse and established customer base across the UK.
