Due to a high volume of production demands, my client based near Henlow, Bedfordshire is looking for a PCB Assembler to join the business on a short-term contract until mid to late January 2026.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assemble PCBs using surface mount and through-hole technology
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Place and solder components accurately onto PCBs
- Use both hand tools and soldering equipment
- Inspect assembled boards for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform rework and repair on defective boards as needed
- Operate pick-and-place machines and other automated assembly equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve assembly issues
- Identify faults and communicate to manager/supervisor
What We're Looking For
- 3 years+ experience in PCB Assembly
- Availability to carry out a short-term contract with immediate start
