I'm currently recruiting for a multi-national company who is well-established in the local area and the UK. Whilst the company rarely recruits due to a low turnover of staff and long-serving employees, they currently have an exciting and varied role available for a planning and customer service specialist.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage the planning process from cradle to grave
- Speak with customers to establish requirements, update throughout production and ensure timely delivery
- Update and manage the internal MRP system
- Liaise with production, procurement and customer service teams regularly
- Ensure all documentation are loaded and correspond to scheduling and customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ERP/MRP/SAP experience
- 5 years+ in a planning role
- Experience with end customer service
- Experience within an engineering manufacturing industry
