Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering and operational functions to ensure efficient day‑to‑day performance
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Drive process improvements, KPI performance, and operational excellence
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial decision‑making
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, engineering standards, and ISO requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and project management expertise
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Analytical, resilient, and solutions‑focused approach with IOSH or equivalent
